Pizza Hut - Texarkana

Now I know it's been 5+yrs since we've been here. Workers complaining in the back about all the people out front waiting. Their computer systems are jacked up when ordering through their online app. They tell you (over the phone) pickup in 15min, yet you wait an hour after getting there. Doordash and the likes have top priority. Sad Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

One order every 15 minutes doesn’t seem like a real efficient way to do business. May as well close the doors. I’m an oversize vehicle with a trailer so no lobby, no sale.

Ordered two steak melts, waited 20 minutes, they only cooked one. Told me they'd cook me another one but I'd hafta wait another 20 minutes. Told them to give me my money back. They acted like I was rude for not wanting to wait for the second one. They were not busy, no one else was waiting, no delivery driver was waiting, just didn't give a damn about serving me.

Aaron and Owen were the absolute best! I called to get some pizzas for my sons Pokémon birthday party and they went above and beyond. Made the pizzas look like Pokémon balls and even drew Pokémon on the inside of the box and wished him a happy birthday! Best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. Thank you again!
