Excellent! Pork Steak was great. Biggest surprise... Some of the best danged cornbread you'll find anywhere! I recommend the place. In the old Bonanza in ol Southwest Mall lot. Easy to find. Just take the loop to 59 and head into town. Not too far on your right

Off the Fire is amazing. The food is incredible. The owners and staff are the nicest people and have the biggest hearts. My favorites are the Chicken and Dressing and the Meatloaf. All the sides are delicious. The cornbread is off the chain and that says a lot because I usually don't like cornbread. Strongly recommend Off the Fire. You won't be disappointed.

Fabulous food! Home cooked and soooo good. We eat here about once a month, the only reason we don’t eat there more is because I would weigh too much. They serve GENEROUS portions at very reasonable prices. The desserts are to die for as well.

My favorite is the chicken and dressing, but I've eaten just about everything there. Deserts are the bomb! Off the Fire is one of my favorite places to eat! The owner and staff are very polite and friendly. They make sure you leave satisfied!

We found Off the Fire by Googling resturants in Texarkana. We live about 80 miles away, so we don't know much about the restaurants there. We usually eat at one of the ones just off the interstate. I wanted some home cooking, and when I saw the pics of the food I had to try it. The food is great. Just like eating at Grandma's. The staff was friendly. We will definitely be going back and recommending it to our friends. The Butter Pecan Cheesecake is awesome.
