Newk's Eatery - Texarkana

Our group needed to make a quick stop so we ordered ahead to stop at Newks. They served our group of 115 people in under 30 minutes. The food was just as good as the service. Aaron and the catering team took care of us. We’ll be back!Food: 5/5

I went through the drive thru and ordered a pizza. I used my debit card to pay and was not given a receipt. I asked for the receipt and you could tell the clerk was hesitant to give me one. When I looked at the receipt she had added on a tip without asking me. THIS IS STEALING!! When I confronted her she stated that it was just something that happens when you use a debit card in the drive thru. I parked and asked for the manager and he said that the clerk must have accidentally hit a button. You can tell that they are knowingly ripping people off by either not giving receipts or hoping they never ask for one. They are padding their pay by taking advantage of people. The franchise owners should immediately take steps to get to the bottom of this. We are done with this Newk's location!!

The managers are rude and I watched them touch the food with their hands and no gloves. iv seen them treat their employees wrong. the only reason the food taste mildly decent is because of of the sweet employees
