Chili's Grill - Texarkana

I ordered online, then called the store to make sure I received a side of ranch because I pay for an extra one and NEVER receive it. The lady who answered told me she would make sure the side I PAID for was in my bag and guess what… I received my food with no ranch. Not to mention I requested no bacon on my burger due to my religion I cannot eat pork and there is bacon on my meal!! Worst experience ever today with chilis!!Dietary restrictions: I cannot eat pork and there is pork all over my burger. It’s like they did it on purpose!! Ridiculous!!

The food and service were good, but don't come for the margaritas mine (5 of them, so I really tried! barely had any liquor in them.

Food was ok, service was bad and the restaurant was looking worn out!

I only gave 3 stars for the waitress not paying attention. She got my order rite but pressed the wrong thing. I was charged for a whole cheese fry instead of a half cheese fry the rest of my meals. But it’s funny how you get something wrong and you was told that in person. But when she brought it out to the car, I accepted it cause I had already paid and didn’t feel like waiting for a refund or for the portions to be corrected. But I will be back like always, but if Cheddars come to Sherwood or Jacksonville, Chilis is in trouble

I placed a Togo order and had my husband bring it home. Food was not cooked correctly. Had to cook it more at home. The middle of egg rolls were cold. Called to place the order and whoever answered was very rood. Got my food noticed the issue with the food quality tried to call the manager to explain the poor food but he seemed like he could care less and was only interested in making it seem like it was my problem the food was not up to my standards. I’m sorry but if your food is not cooked that is a restaurant problem not a me problem. This location has been going down hill thought I would give it another try and once agin was disappointed. Please do not waste your money there are far better restaurants for equal price and better food.
