Cap D'or - Teulada

We’ve had our share of ill-mannered, unfriendly, incompetent waiters and bad food but this one tops them all. Please, avoid like you would the plague. Three out of five rating is way too generous.

You'll understand why I only offered 1 star review in a minute. My menu del dia : salad good. my sea bream tasty. My wife's pizza v.good. Only half the pizza was eaten. We asked if the pizza that was left could be taken away.(5euros of pizza) No problem says the waitress. Paid the bill and asked where was the pizza. Shrug of shoulders was the silent reply: Oh I forgot.

We ate here several times whilst on holiday and enjoyed our food, cold beer and friendly service each time

Amazing food, nice and welcoming servers, everything is great. Been coming here since 2020. The price matches the quality. Not too expensive and great food and staff! Every vacation in Moraira I only eat at this place.

We found ourselves sitting at a dirty plastic table and asked for the table to be wiped. The annoyed waiter returned with a cloth a wiped it. We waited ages to be served and ordered 2 pizzas. I wanted chilli oil for my pizza which after a couple of requests turned up almost empty. The aggressive waiter then asked to take it away for someone else. I said in hadn’t used it yet, he continued to ask and eventually he got the message and walked away. Another waiter arrived and took it away anyway. The pizza was like cardboard not all fresh tasting hence needing chilli oil. We asked for the bill and the waiter had trouble with the card machine which seemed like we were to blame for. Eventually the payment went through and we left never to return. Avoid at all costs if you have taste buds and appreciate good service.
