Shawarma On The Run - Terrytown

In my past experiences with Mediterranean food it's been hit or miss with flavor but this place had all the flavor. I had the falafel plate. VERY GOOD!!!! Most of the time tahini sauce taste bland but theirs have flavor. The hummus didn't taste like plain beans. It was delicious. Even the salad dressing was seasoned well. I would highly recommend.

Some of the best Mediterranean food you can find in New Orleans. The gyro meat is tender and juicy with a bold flavor. Portions are worth the price and fill you up nicely. The sauces are superb. The tzatziki is zippy and the garlic sauce is smooth and creamy. The fries are fried in the same oil as the falafel, giving a very savory taste to them.

Plenty of food for the price! The gyro bowl was huge and really good. I recommend it if you're in the area!
