Sonic Drive-in - Terrell

The girl was being mean and has a attitude while taking your order . Will be reporting it to corporate. My order was missing stuff too

Rude from the start and thin didn't even put bacon on my burger.

We ordered online 3 sonic cheeseburgers with just mayo pickles and cheese and another cheeseburger with everything except for the meat. When we got home and went to eat the entire order was wrong. The 3 cheeseburgers had everything on them except for the lettuce. We are allergic to tomatoes so with the tomatoes and ketchup on the cheeseburgers we could not eat them and then the cheeseburger that was not supposed to have meat had meat. So when I tried to call the store of course no one answered so I call the next day and they put me on hold. Needless to say I was on hold for over an hour that's ridiculous I've had so many problems with the store at one time they even blocked my number. I screenshotted make phone call that I was on hold so they can see how long I was on hold and I will be contacting corporate I wish I knew how to post a picture because I would post it

This location made me the BEST Supersonic breakfast burrito!!!!! Hell, the BEST burrito I’ve had in ages PERIODT!! Was just passing through from Dallas and had to send a thank you, seriously!! Was an amazing start to my road trip. It’s easy to criticize this fast food industry, times have been tough, so praise is so deserved when deserved!! Just wish the Red Bull slushes were available all year!! Great job store #5119!! ??

Foot long chili cheese corney was nasty, and the winner was cold. The chili was too salty. The car hop was very nice.
