Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

My last two visits to the Terrell, TX location were disappointing compared to the great experiences I had since they opened. They keep getting my orders wrong. On May 31, 2023, they forgot the onion, pickle, and mustard, and on another order, they missed the pickle and relish. Then, during my visit on June 16, 2023, they left off the relish again. The orders come with specific ingredients, and while we have the option to customize them, I believe this confuses the cooks because the computer doesn’t list every ingredient. I tried to have the cashier ensure that all ingredients were clearly listed for the cooks, but when she did, the computer wouldn't show everything I ordered, and that seems to be where the problem lies. In short, it's not worth the hassle anymore.
