Just amazing, customer service was awesome. Very sweet and our dinner was brought out quickly. The food is awesome and very affordable. I love how the BBQ has the smokey sweet taste. Mac n cheese was really good. Can't believe this place was right in our neighborhood and we just now found it. Definitely be coming back soon.Kid-friendliness: Great for kids of all ages.

I now have a new #1 place to eat!Seriously great food. The green beans were seasoned so good that I asked for seconds. Pulled pork and rib tips, smokey and tender. My wife and I were taken care of by two different ladies with smiles and they checked in on us often. Thank you ladies for the best service.Uncle Jr's does it right. And if you wanna get right, you better get there.

We got there as they were closing early for the day. No big deal. The wait wasn't too bad, the man who took our order was patient with my dad who's visiting from out of state. Good experience there. We ordered the brisket, rib tips, kids mac n cheese, and had some coleslaw, collards, green beans, and more mac n cheese. My son refused to eat the mac n cheese after tasting it, but he's a bit on the picky side. My daughter added some salt, pepper, and cayenne to both her and her brothers serving, and then ate both. The meat was good, i'd say the brisket was a little on the dry side, but the yummy sauce helped make up for that. I don't like collards, so I can't say much on that, my dad ate it and didn't complain. I really liked the green beans, they had a nice buttery garlic flavor. The mac n cheese was meh. I feel like it probably didn't have enough cheese in it, but the texture was good, and it wasn't inedible. All in all, I like this place much better than other BBQ places I've tried around town.

I highly recommend! Support local and help this place expand. I had the pork chops, corn pudding, and Mac n cheese. It was all good. They put a seasoning on the Mac and my kids loved it. My kids are basic and don’t like seasonings. LolKid-friendliness: Kids are free!!!
