The dish of the day being (already) exhausted (beef suffocation), it was replaced by a false yarn of beef (street) accompanied by a merchant sauce of wine and green beans persilted (puffy plate.) the dessert buffet is very varied: chocolate mousse (not strong in chocolate), caramel cream, flan, snow white, brown pears with cream ideal for a stage evening (p'tit dej hotel or inter hotel neighbors.) welcoming staff.
