Eventually, one of the other customers placed their order, and after five minutes, he called me out, asking if I wanted the coffee or not (of course I did). I confirmed, feeling quite confused. I then waited at the counter to place my new order for Rosie’s chicken and chips, but he informed me that there were no large chicken pieces available despite earlier stating that they were cooking more. This meant I had to rethink my choices again, which made him grumble and storm off, causing quite a scene. I ultimately settled for smaller pieces of chicken and a large fries, but the whole ordering process felt abrupt, and his attitude was far ruder than any customer behavior I've ever witnessed, which is truly surprising.
