Once upon a time there was good old Kent Burger. Last night, together with my partner, I managed to return to our dear Kent after an unwise decision of no longer being able to book starting from last summer. Upon our arrival the very kind girls explain to us that there is no longer table service but that everything must be ordered at the cash register and they show us the QR code for the menu. I get the kent burger, my partner gets the vegan big meh. Once paid, I check the receipt as I always do and notice the prices that do not comply with the menu indicated to us upon our arrival. We go to ask for explanations as to why we had paid more than what was written and they tell us that the online menu is not updated, while the one on the blackboard is. The part that left us speechless the most was the vegan sandwich requested. My partner wanted to return here because it is one of the few places that had a varied vegan menu. The price of this product is calculated based on the price of the meat-based sandwich to which the cost of the plant-based sandwich and vegan cheese is added. Cold sandwiches, inconsistent in flavor and bland. Honestly, I was quite disappointed by a place like this which has always been characterized by the attentiveness and kindness of its guys. Serious mistake indicating a wrong menu and then not remedying it in any way. Always remember one thing, if customers always come back it is because they are fond of beautiful places like yours and not because they have to give you the bill.

The formula is typical of fast-food restaurants: you pay in advance and then the food is brought to your table I 've come a few times before and have never been disappointed The chips with salsa and bacon are highly recommended, especially if the round ones are available Last time, however, I noticed how the flavor of the meat was slightly subdued: not bad, but the flavor had a slightly more boiled and less crunchy taste typical of smash burgers. However, a mix-up can happen, and in fact I think it deserves 4 stars anyway Prices are slightly too high for my taste

Under the aspctative burgers on the plate 13 euros a sauce apart 3.5 rings onion paid 9 euros exaggerated in 4 we paid 93 euros according to me expensive

Beautiful place and very suggestive, is located in the beautiful terlizzese square and there is the possibility to dine inside or outside. the place is modern and has all the air of a real American hamburg. crispy bacon, soft and tasty meat, soft sandwiches, in short, if you are bacon you can not miss such an exquisite burger.
