Longhorn Ranch - Terlingua

We visited during the off-season and found the room to be quite pleasant, considering its remote location. The TV was a bit outdated, but the Wi-Fi connection was excellent. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful; when we encountered two flat tires, they even called a repair shop for us on a Sunday. Now, I'm back on the road heading to Big Bend!

The staff was incredibly unhelpful and rude. When I inquired about the nightly rate, the employee appeared to struggle to form a coherent response and quoted me an outrageous price. They also recorded my credit card number despite my request not to do so. The room was bare, and the TV did not work. During checkout, the staff was impolite and refused to engage with me, merely gesturing where I should place the key. I would not recommend this establishment.

Delicious food! The staff is warm and friendly, and they are wonderful Christian people. We spent a few days in our 33-foot RV and enjoyed lovely surroundings and great water pressure. The showers on site are the cleanest I've seen, with endless hot water—just remember to bring your own toilet paper. It's a bit pricey, but it's a peaceful retreat away from the crowds. There's also a friendly dog that greets everyone—definitely a good boy! The views when you wake up are incredible. The owners live on the premises, which adds a nice personal touch. Overall, I would rate it 10/10!

We stayed there during our visit to Terlingua . Very nice to stay down on your trip. Very close to Terlingua Ranch and Big Bend National Park. Very nice accommodation. The only negative was that there is no coffee pot in the room. There is a restaurant on the website and they have good food.

The lady the runs the place is SUPER rude and makes it clear that she doesn't care if you stay or not. We were repeat customers from last year and the place has not changed. She upcharged me and my family by over $150 and confused us with some other people purely based on race. It's a shame that places like this exist in such a beautiful place.
