Mccarthy's Pub - Tequesta

Dear Hour Music, Specials and Frank greet us at the door. There is no better server than Kathy. There is a reason why the males come back weekly or more. WELL DONE, MCCARTHY's!

If I could rate it less, I would, no Guinness no Jameson, untrained staff, that is joke of an Irish pub, much from date Dos XX,

Delicious! Friendly staff! We ate here for our first time tonight?t believe it. but true Everything was incredible, started with great margaritas then escargot had perfectly roasted points with a delicious garlic sauce and crunchy large pieces of bread crumbs and garlic toast points. My husband had a wedge salad and said it was very good. Then he had and ate all the liver shell above loved it? completely clean plate club . I had the fabulous shepherds Pie . The engraving was divine I run from superlative .., for incredible . We ended our meal with the best Irish coffee I had in years. The only thing I'm sorry is that it has taken us since 1988 to find out about this restaurant!!! Can't wait to go back!

Great Irish pub with live music and a decent point of Guinness The sausages McCarthy's use for their bangers and mash are perfect. Best of all is the service. Attentive, engaging and fun. Big shout out to Vicky who helped make our evening.

Seriously underwhelmed. Great atmosphere but the food and service was lacking. Our waitress forgot about us. We ordered scotch eggs which our waitress asked if we would like them hot or cold. We requested cold which is the traditional way (having grown up in the UK). Our waitress then came back said the manager would not let us have them cold because it was unsafe. The eggs were over cooked and burned on the outside. Foliowed by fish and chips that had thick mushy batter. I was hoping to reconnect with ?home? but disappointed.
