Casa Mago Restaurant - Tepotzotlán

A group of us from the USA and Canada ate lunch here. We usually ordered salads and all were delicious. The best was the Chicken Caesar, which was freshly prepared at our table. Fidel made the dressing of all fresh ingredients, including squeezing lime and cracking eggs. The Parmesan was rubbed freshly. It was created in a large wooden bowl and served on large wooden boards. The grilled and cut chicken was delivered from the kitchen, just like the dressing was completed. Perfect timing! The Romaine leaves were large and fresh. The roasted baguette slices were placed on the plate and the parmesan and chicken were added up after dressing. I've never seen that in high-end restaurants. Fidel spent 10 minutes with us making this delicious fresh salad. Oh, and the costs were just 120 pesos for this amazing salad!

On an airstream caravan, party of 10, recommended by Pepe’s RV. On the square, beautiful exterior, attentive staff. Some had the chicken mol Enchiladas, who had to be sent back, as they were hardly supplied warm. Most had the buffet and were very satisfied. Once we got all Margarita orders straight, everything was good. I wish there was an assessment between average and very good....this is the evaluation I would give.

You have to say it was a nice note of a restaurant on a stopover, vey friendly staff, but as I started a little expensive for this city

Really terrible! came here with some colleagues. to enjoy a good meal. Soo Disappointed. The food was so bad, expensive and we just picked at our plates leaving most of it untouched. The “house specialty” cabrito was the worst; loaded with fat cold and dry. The Cecina was so dry and hard my friend left most of it on the plate. Doggiebag? No! thank you! my dog deserves better!!

Este restaurant en fin de semana tiene la tradición de un magnífico buffet , pero entre semana tiene como especialidad el spaguetti casa mago y el molcajete , lo recomiendan para dos personas pero es como para tres es muy abundante
