Have used this chinese takeaway every week for a while now, recently we have had poor quality food, we had a poor service a few weeks back but decided to carry ontrying but tonights meal was terrible. chips,hard cold, wet bags awful taste, did not receive large pancake roll but small empty fat sleeves of nothing, raw onions and mushrooms, curry sauce changed consitency, chowmein tasteless, dont think it was cooked fresh.. the whole order went in the bin. they must have changed cooks as this used to do delious food, we used it weekly. our order was one hour when they said 45 mins, so im guessing ours was last to be delivered cold, wont be trying this chinese again, which is a shame, feel disappointed for them.

Food tasted like it was from the day before ribs dry and burnt chiew mien dry no taste worst Chinese have had from them

Tried this chinese for the first time tonight, phone answered promptly easy order over phone and payment , they said it would take 40 minutes but arrived in 20 minutes.by a polite lady. it was piping hot, good size portions, freshly cooked, not greasy, definatly will be using again, reminded me of how a chinese takeaway was 20 years ago from home town, best chinese ive had from different takeaways in clacton on sea. highly recommend.

Ordered a takeaway at 4pm and was told half hour to 40 mins. Ok cool thats fine....at 5:10 I asked if the meal had been sent out yet which I was told it had. It turned up at 6:15 stone cold!! I refused the meal, had family here so super embarrassed too. Never again,vile service.

Phoned for a delivery order with £40 worth of food and have said they won’t do this even though they say open till 12am not impressed won’t be using these again order from these every time I am down at my caravan which is once a month !!
