Bidrage med feedbackWent for lunch, had to wait for a table which wasn't an issue at all as they were busy. Got seated, ordered drinks and a meal each the beef roast and a lamb roast. Got the drinks first, a coke and a wine. The coke was flat. Waited for a LIFETIME for the food. The beef was like leather, there was only one slice of lamb that was edible the rest was fat. The owner or manager or whatever she is was slugging a bottle of bud with other customers that were in to eat. Which I think us a bit unprofessional to say the least. The girl that served us was lovely, hence the 2 stars. The quality in the Devon inn has really gone down hill over the last while and the food at the weddings is awful too. Will definitely be giving it a miss from now on.
I booked this Hotel for my Children Grandchildren from the UK as they were attending my Birthday Party in Abbeyfeale my Hometown. They had a most enjoyable stay. Family Rooms were very nice Breakfast was very good. Food Service was excellent. They enjoyed their stay.
Stopped off here for lunch on our way back from West Cork.We were met by a friendly staff member who showed us to our table, she advised that the menu was sanitized. There was a good selection of food on the menu and also daily specials. The food was hot and well presented and very tasty. The dining area was spacious and social distancing was adhered to.The staff were very friendly and helpful. The lunch was reasonably priced. Would advise to book in advance, The free Car park has plenty of room front and rear.
Stayed for 1 night. The food is top class, staff very helpful and friendly. Lots of local people in the bar and eating here. Rooms very clean and big. Try the Duck or steak. Food here is top notch!!!
Having just driven around the Burren and become overwhelmed by it we were in need of a Lunch Break and came across the Devon Inn Hotel. In all honesty we didn't realise how big the portions would be so we thought some soup first then maybe a salad or a sandwich and a cup of tea. Well, the homemade soup (and a roll) was very filling so i am not sure that we needed the Greek Salad for her or the Toasted Chicken Cheese and Onion Sandwich for me ! we certainly were not hungry afterwards.
