Zhen Tea - Temple City

Zhen Tea recently began to serve some lunch box and appetizers! My kiddos are so happy! They tried hainan chicken and pork chop and loved it. We come here almost every week for drinks. Both yogurt or tea are refreshing and healthy. We felt very comfortable and surely have no problems after drinking. I also recommend my mommy friends to bring their kids here and they did! This is the first time I'm writing a review on Yelp and I'm glad I gave this first experience to Zhen Tea. The owners are very friendly and nice. They have good quality customer service. They are always welcoming and care about customers. They adjusted the sugar and ice level for my kids and sometimes even make a special one for them. I highly recommend this tea shop to everyone

This place is amazing! I usually get the strawberry yogurt and white peach oolong milk tea. The quality of the drinks is really good for a really affordable price. I love the environment of this store as well! There are many seating areas and a very nice painted wall. I usually come here with my friends after school to grab a drink and eat some snacks too. Their popcorn chicken is very tasty, so make sure to try it out! I will definitely come back here more often.

This review is long overdue, and let me begin by saying I hate giving bad reviews. And I am only writing this review to warn the mothers out there with kids that have allergies. Please beware of negligence and workers who just says yes to everything because there's other customers behind you. I ordered 2 drinks(both dairy free) and I also informed the person taking the order of my daughter's dairy allergies suggested they should watch out for cross contamination. We didn't drink the teas until we got home. 10 minutes after drinking the tea my daughter is red as a tomato, we ended up in the emergency room. Because she had a anaphylactic reaction, we were at Methodist Hospital for over 8 hrs. Please let this be a warning to anyone with allergies or kids with allergies, please buy food or drinks from establishments with a FSA approved cross contamination prevention in place.

LOL at the owner trying to say it's a fake review, He obviously doesn't care about his customers. Keep in mind I never said when I bought my drink, I just got around to writing my review till now, anyways, you can see how the owner treats his customers, trying to say how business' are going through economic depression. I'm sorry your shop isn't doing so great, I can tell it's not after those crappy drinks I had. I'm sure you don't know who I am but I will gladly come in and ask for you! Stay away from this boba shop at all costs!

People are nice and helpful. Boba tastes good and the vibe is fun and young. They were playing some Bruno Mars. I got the pumpkin tea w pudding on my way home.
