Wendy's - Temple

I’m not sure what you’ve changed about your fries, but they taste just as amazing as I remember from my childhood! Please maintain this deliciousness all the time! Even when they got a bit cold from our trip, they were still tasty! The nuggets, on the other hand, have changed, and I don’t think for the better. The chicken and lettuce are always crispy, as if there's a secret garden in the back. Customer service was outstanding! It hasn’t always been this way, but this time it was truly wonderful. Keep up the fantastic improvements — we notice them!

This was by far the quickest drive-thru experience I've ever had! Everything was perfect! The food was accurate and served hot. The fries were fresh and crispy. The employee at the drive-thru was speedy and friendly! This is the best Wendy's I've ever visited! We were in and out in under a minute—no exaggeration! We pulled up, placed our order, paid, received our food, and were on our way! Absolutely incredible!

I'm really back to loving Wendy's! You'd definitely earn 5 stars if you stopped removing items from the menu, though! It’s not great for a pregnant lady to come in and find out that something listed on the menu isn’t actually available. Please update your signs!

When I moved here, I was informed that the drive-thru was closed and that I could come inside to place my order. I later learned that the drive-thru closes at 10 PM. I ordered a salad and had to wait while it was being prepared. When I finally received it, I realized it was old and unappetizing. I won't be returning. Food rating: 1/5.

Feeling frustrated, I called the restaurant and spoke to the manager, Karen. I explained that we couldn't return since we were far from the city. She tried to arrange a meal for us in San Antonio, but that didn't work out. Since we couldn't go back for a refund, Karen kindly offered to give me a gift card for the amount of our meal. She was very friendly and did everything she could to help. Today, I received the gift card Karen promised. She even included it in a lovely Christmas card with a thoughtful note. It was truly a nice touch! Karen, I want to thank you for your professionalism and the way you handled the situation. The fact that you took the time to get a card for us is remarkable. So, thank you once again, Karen. I will definitely return to this Wendy's if I’m ever in the area!
