Taco Bell - Temple

The cleanest bathroom I have seen at a taco bell gal at register total sweetheart and the food was perfect...I can't thank you guys enough! Good job! Honestly...I'd be the first to complain. Again I am impressed.

Very quick and precise during the dinner rush. They were extra helpful when my car died in the drive thru. They tried to Jumpstart it and helped push it out of the way when that didn't work. They ran the drive thru seamlessly as my car was directly in the way. They made sure the people behind us were taken care of and got their food. The employee's were awesome and had great people skills. I can't say the same for the manager who was in the building at the time. He was not, he didn't commend the amazing job his employees performed. Even with the crisis my car dying caused that team worked together and pulled off the beginning of their dinner rush. Great job yall! You are Rockstars!

Had a couple of hiccups here but everyone is always so kind and works towards making things right. Evalyn is always courteous and helpful.

Not enough staff was planned so that they had to lock the doors (if we eat at noon, so that customers could not dive in. Drive only customers were very disappointed. There were only 1 employees who made tortillas so that the service was very slow, but the staff that worked was very pleasant and apologetic and food was decent!

Taco bell in general will always be meh, but this place has somehow managed to make the experience even more difficult and also shameful. They are always something that a fast food restaurant should never make up, but not limited to: drinks (as well as all?) and my personal favorite when they were made of beef. WHY TF THE RUN OUT BEEF!???
