Mcdonald's - Temple

It's okay enough for quick food! Sometimes the employees get it right and sometimes not. And it's okay. The most important is our attitude as a customer. A little goodness goes far! Food: 5/5

Today I had an early appointment in Temple and on my way back to get breakfast at McDonalds. I asked for a sausage McGriddle and I think I had to ask her to put the egg and cheese because I got bread and sausage? As always you do not review your food cause, how hard is it to melt a McGriddle (I guess it is not hard at all). I was far away to go back.

Crissy was very helpful and hard at work during my visit to this McDonald's. I had their breakfast and I'm lactose intolerant so I always ask for no cheese. They got my order 100% correct and it was also hot when they gave it to me. Everything was clean and I had no complaints.

Well, food was HOT and you could say they had fresh oil. It does or breaks me. Big French fries and chicken nuggets. Very bright in colour and fresh. Great job! Food: 5/5

I stopped there late one evening for a quick bite to eat. The drive through had a long line and the folks working the pick up window were really busy. A super nice gentleman working the grill took the time to ask me what I wanted, then quickly prepared it and made sure one of the folks working the window rang me up so I wouldn't have to wait. I didn't catch his name but I'd like to take this opportunity to say thank you for the great service and absolutely going over and above the call of duty. It really made my day and I wish the world had more kind and sincere people like that. McDonald's should be honored to have a person like him on their team. I happen to think he would make an outstanding Manager!
