They bailed on my daughters birthday last year (leaving us high and dry with 16 kids), their drivers car broke down in my driveway for 36 hours blocking us in and making us drive through our yard on top of delivering the wrong pizza, and finally today. I ordered 3 pizzas for my kids birthday and 2 were completely incorrect (toppings were supposed to be cheese on one and pepperoni on the other— we got one pepperoni and sausage pizza and one cheese& pineapple pizza, although the cheese clearly shifted and was only on three slices), and one cheese pizza. The only pizza that was correct, looked like the driver dropped it because half of my cheese pizza had ZERO CHEESE.We only order from here because no one else delivers to our address but after spending 60$ on 3 pizzas that NO ONE ATE. We are done. I’ll drive to heck and back before I order from here again. Their owner should be embarrassed.Not to mention we asked for 3 ranch cups and got a napkin instead ?. We tried calling and talking to a manager but no luck.Don’t do it. Make the drive .

We have ordered delivery from marcos for years and had really good pizzas. Lately, our pizzas have been subpar, either the whole pizza is a giant bubble or slacking on the toppings, although we are paying more for extra toppings. We decided to try again tonight. We were informed we are outside of their delivery since the last time we ordered. We are 8 mins away. The delivery was the perk although the food quality has fallen off. With that being said, so long marcos.

They r extremely rude when they take the orders the drivers are great. Okay so now I am here editing this review front 3 weeks ago. Today I placed an order and Lacy at least this is what she told me her name was, preceded to play games be rude, inform me that they did not deliver in Temple,blame everything on a trainee, and lie about being a general manager. All while forgetting about pizza phone. No Marcos please do not send the automated response to a negative review. Have made contact with the area manager. Do yourself a favor Temple Ga. Do NOT order from here. STORE8588 is privately owned and they are under the impression they can do whatever they like as in lie.So now we will have to utilize our rights.I'm not against the food, but liers is theIssue so Marcos please do better and send Ms. Lacy/Lisa to JJ Keller classes for customer service training. Nope I do not want a refund or anyone to lose their job, just do better for the greater good. It should not be a headache when ordering 15 wings.
