Chick-fil-a - Temple

It was good and fast. I went through the drive thru. I just don't know why weaponries are never done. Food: 4/5

Good food and service like most CFAs. My primary concern is they cater to drive thru and mobile orders first, not dine-in. This is the way of the world now I understand but it annoys me. There are 20 plus mobile pick up spots in the parking lot. There were 2 people there on a Saturday at lunchtime. Everyone else has to park in the back lot if they want to walk in.

Going through the drive through just now, I witnessed employees handle not one, but two very difficult customers. They did such a good job of de-escalation while staying calm themselves. In both situations the employees had no control over what the customers were upset about, but even if they did, they absolutely did not deserve the verbal abuse they received. I'm always satisfied with the food and service at this location.And to the people who feel entitled to personal accommodations from a FAST FOOD employee, working for a MASSIVE corporation: your opinion will never make a difference to the company, but your ugly and embarrassing words/actions will make a difference in that individual's day. Control yourself.

Chick-fill-A is my favorite fast food, but I just moved here and found out they don't sell the normal chicken strips, only the spicy ones. I was really disappointed so I'm removing one star but their waffle fries are still the best

First time getting breakfast at chick fil a. Friendly staff. Overall wasn’t very amazing. Little biscuits were very dry did not taste fresh at all. Chicken was very dry too. Breakfast sandwich was a disappointment. Biscuit was very dry and they didn’t even melt the cheese or at least attempt to. Just slapped it on there and called it a day.
