Waffle House - Tempe

Workers are extremely rude. must be fired. terrible. we stood at the table and waited for him to be cleaned for 15 minutes. I asked twice if someone would make it clean, and the worker said rudely that my server are busy and continued to roll their eyes on me when I left. we waited 10 minutes for cleaning the table and decided to go. when we got the two girls out, they worked, said bye, sarcastic and laughed. extremely unprofessional and disgusting

Graveyard shift (3am-ish) 6.19.22. The staff, 1 young lady server w/pink hair, and 2 young men as cooks....and it was BUSY! But this staff worked like a well oiled machine, I had to wait to b seated, but it was understandable, and once I was and I had ordered my food came in about 5 min! This staff stayed positive friendly during getting SPANKED! If I were a head hunter I'd come poach these kids! ?

Used to go to a Waffle House closer to me however after coming here and having amazing customer service from Sierra I will ALWAYS go to this location. She makes the experience just so great for all of us every single time we come in!

Dude we’re so I even start!!! Sierra had the best attitude with the friendliest service I have ever had in my life!!! The food was fabulous I couldn’t get enough of the waffles! Best waffle I ever had! This location has a customer for life!!!

Came to this location after another one refused to take my party of 12, there was a new sever Mariah at this one she took the orders to the best of her knowledge she didn't seem trained at all, and the grill cook offered little assistance. My meal came completely burned which I didn't eat, bacon was greasy and burnt served on plates, multiple people in my party didn't receive their waffles, or hashbrowns and 1 in party who didn't receive his order all together. I can hear the cook explaining she gave everything and she wasn't making more, as a cook you are to help correct an issue not make a server feel defeated, As a visitor from Cali I wouldn't recommend this place, more training and cooking techniques and measures are essential, no manager was present on duty just two women winging it. The server was still tipped in a effort to keep going as she was already defeated. Overall poor experience management should be ashamed.
