The Habit Burger Grill - Tempe

We were surprised that we didn’t get to speak with a person to order, and were disappointed by the lack of customization options available on the kiosk. I ordered an Impossible Burger and the burger was good but the bun was horrible stale on the bottom, which was pretty disappointing. The tables were all messy so unfortunately we had to clean up after other people before we could sit down at a table which was a bit ridiculous but it is what it is. I would love to leave a good review but I can’t.

One step above McDonald's or that kind of fast food. There are other choices out there. The old location was better. Would I go again?

We tried this place one evening for dinner. We were greeted right away. The cashier was very friendly and helpful. We ordered the Habit Burger, fries and a shake. They all tasted awesome the burger was cooked to perfection and looked better than the photo on the menu board. The restaurant was clean as were the restrooms. The shake was very tasty and mixed perfectly. Cannot wait to return.

My first time here they messed up my black bean burger however I gave them the benefit of the doubt and assumed it happened because it was busy. I tried them again a second to find the same mistake was made on a simple meal. As long as you wait in line and the price you pay you would expect top service from the time you order until you get the food but that was not my case at all.
