Taco Bell - Tempe

We come here most of the time to avail our t Mobile Tuesday offer. Taco Bell has good bang for the bucks food. It used to be my go to place when I was in school. I love their tacos. They keep changing their main two combos in their menu so the variety is nice to have. Their nacho fries are bomb. Definitely recommended

Terrible! It was COLD, didn't get my hot sauce, and my bean burrito had no beans. Worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. Awful service.

I haven't been into a Taco Bell in more than a year, and I don't think I will be back anytime soon. First of all whomever they paid to makeover their store locations should be run out of business, because that's what the makeover is doing for Taco Bell. Enough with the Covid overreactions already. Apparently they think everyone should use the app for orders now, because they don't have any to take orders anymore. Second one this location doesn't understand what customer service is. They don't have anyone to man the order window inside of the store, even at dinner time. After waiting several minutes to get my order in, the woman couldn't figure out how to add onions to the tacos I ordered. After waiting a couple of more minutes for someone to show her how to do her job, the nightmare had only just begun. After I finished my order the man who was waiting for food when I arrived yelled at them to cancel his order. He said he'd been there for over 20 minutes waiting for his food. This required them to have to give him a refund. The same girl had zero clue what to do, so again he had to wait for someone else to get his refund. I'd guess it took another 10 minutes to get his refund, and by then I was getting impatient. My simple order of 3 tacos hadn't shown up yet, so I asked how much longer. They said it was being made. 5 minutes later I again asked for my food. They said it would be right up. 5 minutes later I asked for my money back.

I asked for milk and they didn't have any which ruined my day I was going to ask my girl friend to marry me but I had no milk and was to discouraged to ask and all my friends at work didn't like me anymore because I didn't have no milk and my fellow employees at acme told my girlfriend I wasnt worth it cause I don't have no milk you ruined my life my girlfriend dumped me and now I'm homeless and lost my job thanks a lot Taco Bell

A five-star review for a Taco Bell? You’ve got to be kidding! But in all honesty, this review focuses more on the cleanliness of the location than the food. We all know there's a good chance we'll be regretting our meal afterwards. However, that's not the case here; the cleanliness of this place was impressive when I visited. Staff members were constantly cleaning, emptying trash, and wiping down counters. None of them were just sitting around pretending to work on their phones. They were all genuinely focused on keeping the place spotless, like a shiny new dime. Hats off to them!
