Skysill Rooftop Lounge - Tempe

The server was on point! She was the only saving grace of this place. They had limited wine and limited beer options. Even though we weren’t seated next to the pool they wouldn’t serve glass bottles at all. We were there at 7:30pm at night and we were not there to swim. Also the heaters kept going out, but they tried to keep them going. Music was catered for the mellenials. So that was kinda nice. Some Usher and Brandi on the playlist. So the DJ was pretty okay. Also the Rose was not good. Very cheap wine.

Service needs improvement. We sat around waiting to order, then walked up and asked if we needed to order at the bar and the waiter advised she’d be over soon. The heater lamp was moved on us and we were given one off to the side of our table that barely worked. I walked to the bar to pay for our two drinks and had to wait to pay as multiple staff walked by me and did not address me. During this time it should be noted it was not very busy. We found a better outside bar across the street at Omni to finish our night.

A great area to hangout with family or friends the view was amazing and the food was good for the price range and the service was excellent

Did not stay very long , member of staff using vulgar language,no patio heaters in sight

The service was quite poor overall. We were never greeted when we arrived, nor were we informed about where to sit or how to place our order. The waitstaff didn't ask us any questions or offer assistance. We sat there for an hour without any help, while it seemed like some other guests were receiving attention. It felt like we were being overlooked or treated differently.
