Ramen Time - Tempe

I didn’t actually eat here; I just walked in and was seated at a table. The main reason I left was that the tables were incredibly sticky. If you place your hands or arms on them, they literally get stuck. It seems like they just sprayed them with water, and it’s not hygienic at all. The place felt very unclean. I bear no ill will towards the staff, and I have nothing to gain or lose by writing this review. It’s simply to inform others about what to expect. This restaurant is located in Arizona, and anyone familiar with Arizona in August knows it’s extremely hot. You’d expect air conditioning, right? Well, you won’t find it here. I can guarantee that it’s probably hotter inside than outside. I’m not exaggerating—I promise. This is why I decided to leave. The place is dirty and doesn’t have air conditioning, plain and simple. I couldn’t even try the food because it was too hot and too dirty. Why would I put myself through that on a day when the temperature is 106°F?

The Spicy Miso Ramen with deep-fried Gesoyaki was incredibly flavorful! It’s the best ramen I've enjoyed in a long time. Our servers were really friendly too! Overall, I’d give the food a 5/5.

I also enjoyed the Fruit Green Tea, which was refreshing and a perfect complement to the warm dishes. I tried both the peach and mango flavors, and I would definitely recommend the mango. There are plenty of other flavors to explore, so I look forward to trying more in the future. The dining area was a bit warm, but it was manageable. I recommend visiting when the weather is cooler or after sunset for a more comfortable experience.

I'm really disappointed. This has been my favorite ramen spot for the past few years. I placed an online order tonight and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes, so I arrived right on time. However, when I got there, I was informed that my food wasn't ready yet and it would take another 10-15 minutes. The two young employees at the front were very polite and clearly busy, so I didn’t mind waiting at first. Unfortunately, I ended up waiting for almost an hour. To make matters worse, I received the wrong order, and I had also paid for a soft-boiled egg and extra noodles that I never got. I'm glad to see that this place is thriving and making money again, but I think hiring more staff could really help.

The ramen here has everything you desire without any unnecessary extras. It features excellent noodles, a rich broth, the right selection of meats, perfectly cooked eggs, and fresh vegetables, all coming together to create a bowl of ramen that's exactly what you want. I also recommend trying the Gyoza sauce and the boba milk teas, which are outstanding as well.
