Pizza Hut - Tempe

This place sucks. I ordered a pizza at 11:02 o'clock august 26th and they call me 10 minutes later say they have no broth and cinnamon pencils for my order so that I changed the order. they used the doorstep for my delivery that did not come to my door, so I call again and he says he will give it up again. I called back at 12:45 after my command and no answer. I was not sent a new email to get any kind of reception or confirmation, so I just lost 20 dollars wasted 2 hours waiting for nothing.

Each pie delivered was rich in flavor exactly as ordered, no skimping on sauce all the was to edge, delicious. Delivered by caring driver fast hot!

If I could give this place no stars I would. I ordered and then was told i had to wait an HOUR for my order, then got a call back saying that my order was given to someone else and they had to REMAKE my order and then it would be free of charge, and was also told I had wait ANOTHER HOUR for my order. Over an hour has passed now and I never received my food or a call about my order. BTW I have called this place about 30x’s and NO ONE answers the phone.

Horrible experience from start to finish. Haven 't had Pizza Hut in years and thought I 'd give it a try since they were the only place open late. Absolutely regret it. First issue was I arrive to curbside to pick up my order and the person tells me a man just came in and picked it up...What??? I just got here. Then puts me on hold and then says oh its still in the oven actually...5 mins. 10+ mins later he comes out with it. Clearly they gave it away somehow and remade the order. Second thing, Prices are insanely high, especially for how tasteless and disgusting the food is. Took one bite of the pizza and felt nauseous, threw out an entire $16 MEDIUM pizza. Yes, $16 for a medium pizza. Absolutely insane. I felt so unbelievably sick after eating barely any of it. Never again.

There needs to be better quality control. My pizzas were cold, the cheese was burned and the hand tossed was thin crust. I also ordered cheesy bread a double order and they burned the cheese as well
