Native Grill Wings - Tempe

I recently tried the wing Wednesday special at this restaurant, which offers 1/2lb of boneless wings for $5.49. I ordered 4.5lbs to feed a group for $54, but when I picked up the order, it felt lighter than expected. When I got home and weighed the bag, I discovered it only weighed 3lbs 11oz with the bag, boxes, and napkins included. This meant there was over a pound of food missing from my order. Typically, the wings at this restaurant are good, but this experience has left me concerned about the quality and portion sizes. I would have expected to receive at least the amount I paid for, if not a little extra for such a large order. Instead, I felt like I was shorted about $15 worth of food. It seems that their idea of a "half pound" may actually be closer to 5-6oz.

I went for dinner and the food was really good. I ordered the cluck sandwich with some onion rings and they were not greasy and crispy. The only thing I didn?t like was the avocado on the sandwich that was spotted, I?m allergic to avocados and the older they are the worse reaction I have, however the sandwich was delicious and filling. The staff was really friendly and attentive.

Me and my husband love this place !! Very nice workers ! We get the same thinh everytime we go . The atomic wings are to die for and the hangover burger is so delicious! Definitely recommend going here! ????

Upon entering, the restaurant had a comfortable atmosphere. There were plenty of staff, even though it wasn't too busy. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger, onion rings, 5 golden wings, and a vanilla milkshake. However, the milkshake tasted like plain vanilla ice cream, so I wouldn't recommend it. The burger was nicely presented and very tasty. The onion rings were hot and crispy. The wings weren't hot initially, so we asked for a redo, and the waitress promptly brought us a new batch that was perfect. The waitress was genuine and efficient. Overall, this is a great casual dining spot with good food and a comfortable atmosphere that you can enjoy at any time of day. It was my first visit, but it definitely won't be my last.

I used to enjoy ordering takeout from this restaurant. The food was consistently good and the staff were friendly. However, a couple of months ago I placed an order in advance for my partner to pick up after work. When they arrived, they were informed that our order had been given to someone else. We had to wait for a new order to be prepared, and when we got home, we realized that our appetizer was missing. I tried to seek assistance through the app by sending several emails and submitting receipts, but I was simply told that they would connect me to the correct department and to ignore emails stating that the help ticket was closed. I never received any further communication. I was hesitant to return after the inconvenience and missing item, but decided to give them another chance. Unfortunately, our recent order was missing ranch dressing, which was disappointing. Additionally, my partner found a large bone in their first bite of a chicken wing, and there were other bits of gristle in the wings as well. Overall, I can no longer recommend this place unless they improve their process for addressing online order issues.
