Monroe's Hot Chicken Tempe

That was my first time at this place. it was a total vibe loud music super clean inside. the workers had flew food and it is all cooked and rides right in front of them. Once someone had eaten, they would clean the table for the next guests. I have the 3 pieces offers hot with frits and one side of macaroni n cheese. I had other places spicy hot and not everything. at monroe’s they understand thee engagement . my lips get a little bit punctual and it mike tyson ' my taste buds . the chicken strips were so fresh and juicy is legit on me squirting!!! 10 10 10 highly recommended and will be back!

We were staying overnight in the Tempe Arizona area and were looking to try something different for lunch. We noticed this crowded chicken joint and figured the locals probably know best. My wife and I truly loved this chicken joint. In my opinion the popcorn chicken was meaty and as tasty as any chicken I have ever eaten. You have the option of choosing the level of heat on your chicken and I will say that you need to respect the heat and go one level below what you think you will like. You do not want it so hot that you cannot appreciate the chicken flavor. The atmosphere was upbeat with hip hop music. The drink selections had various flavors that could be added for something different. The restaurant was clean and we received great customer service. I am sad to say at the time of this post there are only two of these restaurants...both located in Arizona.

Love fried chicken. Sorely disappointed. The chicken was so greasy. I know fried chicken is greasy, but this was to much. I used paper towel to keep dabbing up and absorbing the grease The crumbed part tasted slightly burnt. The chicken was nice and moist inside the outside detracted from the taste The chicken on the chicken sandwich was moist

Having spent a lot of time in Nashville, we were excited to happen upon this spot in Tempe. AZ. The food did not disappoint! Tender cooked chicken and the Nashville heat, scrumptious! Portions are large too. The self order kiosk took a minute as we were not familiar with the menu and it was somewhat difficult to navigate. Overall, a great spot to try out when in Tempe.
