Arrived at 130 for the buffet on Saturday and the last said they were closed

10/10 CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! As a family we try to come here when everyone is in town. The food has always really delicious and their breakfast buffet is SOOOOOO good!!! Today happened to be a day everyone was in Tempe, some even from the other side of the world, and and I called them about getting in. Even though they were scheduled to close at 10:30am I explained we could not be there until 11am and they kept the buffet open for the 7 of us. They were all very nice and made sure we had such a great experience with them. I still can't believe that they stayed so late with us and were only focused on providing the absolute BEST service they could! We never felt rushed and it really made our time together as a family so special! Thanks to everyone that worked hard and stayed hours late to make our day AMAZING!

The food was delicious. I want to give a special shoutout to the woman who cooked the omelets, they were fantastic. The bacon had a unique smoked flavor that you can't find in stores. However, the only downside was that the fried potatoes were served cold both mornings.

The atmosphere at this restaurant is very pleasant and the staff are friendly and attentive. I visited for breakfast and had a great time; although the breakfast buffet had a smaller selection compared to others, the food was delicious.

I have been coming to this restaurant for lunch for over 15 years. I parked in the Tempe Mission Palms (TMP) parking lot (TMP owns the land and the city of Tempe enforces and collects meter revenue). I accidentally parked a few inches over in the space next to my paid space and received a ticket for $475.00. I went to court and lost. This will be the last time I visit Tempe or TMP and spend any of my money there. Tempe, your strict parking restrictions are negatively impacting businesses and frustrating consumers.
