Kneaders Bakery Cafe - Tempe

We are from out of town and wanted a good sandwich place and this definitely did not disappoint! The sandwich was extremely generous in size and they dont skimp on filling it with delicious, fresh ingredients!!

I love the hazelnut bread for sandwiches and for toasting! It is especially good for tuna and chicken salad sandwiches. We also love the desserts. Never had one we did not love. I only wish their raspberry bread pudding was available more often. My husbands favorite dessert is the chocolate mousse dome cake. We have never had an order we didnt love.

I was deterred from the salads simply because of their cost, so I chose the Turkey Cranberry sandwich. still pricey, but I thought it would be hearty. I was completely wrong!! there was hardly any turkey, a small dollop of the cranberry sauce (of which I asked for extra) and the rest was all croissant. What a waste of $15!!!

The bread was stale. It was baked with large wholes in the bread. The taste is not to Kneaders quality. This is the second time this has happened. Im disappointed

After a long day I was able to eat my thai salad. when I pulled it out of the bag, I was so sad. It was a mess. The whole salad looked like someone returned it. Dressing was already poured on it. the red peppers looked like someone had hacked it with a very dull knife, the cabbage was Huge chunks, the chicken looked as though it had been sitting out for a long time, it was dried up. My roll was missing, the cucumber that was extra was not on the salad. Next husbands French dip Sammy, It was not on the correct bread, and the dip was missing. I ordered this at 9 in the morning, no reason for this kind of service.
