Jersey Mike's Subs - Tempe

I ordered a large roast beef sandwich at this restaurant and was disappointed by the lack of meat. The sandwich was not made correctly even after I specified that I wanted it "Mike's way". The person wrapping the sandwich made a mess of it, turning it into a soggy mess on the paper. They made a joke about their mistake instead of acknowledging it and offering to make me a new sandwich. I ended up paying for a sandwich that was mostly bread and condiments, which I promptly threw away. The manager showed no interest in providing good customer service.

I am a big fan of Jersey Mike's and this location did not disappoint. The staff was hard at work updating the menu, but Manager Mando and sub maker Travis quickly prepared my secret menu item, the Stickball sandwich, with fresh ham, salami, and provolone on a rosemary roll Mike's Way. It was delicious and I may have to try more secret menu items in the future. The restaurant was clean with ample seating and conveniently located at the northeast corner of Baseline and Rural in South Tempe. I highly recommend it.

OK so to be fair I have put off eating from this place for a crazy amount of years because somewhere in my head it got crossed with Jimmy John's by the way. So the other day someone told me to go and pick them up a sandwich from this place and that Icould get one if I wanted to as well. So I walked into the place 1st of all it actually smelled wonderful the girls behind thecounter were super nice really calm laid back strong and friendly. She right away helped me everything was cut fresh right infront of me took the sandwiches home heck yes they're delicious totally gonna eat there again by the way get it my get it Mike'sway and add other stuff absolutely delicious. (Jimmy John's worst worst ever just go eat from a Circle K or a corner storerather than think you're gonna get food at this expensive trash place Jimmy John's)

The waitress was frustrated when she had to train someone and it took three attempts for my card to go through. She approached me with a bad attitude and removed the 25% tip I had left. This was the worst service I have experienced at this restaurant, despite being a regular customer who dines there once a week. As a result, I will start going across the street to Jimmy John's instead.

Lunch time.. not only simple and fresh but the service here is phenomenal n efficient. Love the energy and super friendly staff. Thank you.
