El Pollo Loco - Tempe

Good food, but went to the new Birira-Taco and we say we had to wait 1 hour?

It was ok the chicken was really little and had very little meat

Ordered 128 meals for an event. When I showed up to pick up the order, none offered to helped me load up. I had to ask if anyone was available to help me load up and begrudgingly somebody came out of the kitchen. He was actually really kind but I shouldn't have had to beg for help. Then when I actually open up an order, this is what I got. would you eat that chicken? Yuck no me either. What a waste

Server and one customer are shouting at each other while inside. Customer arguing about her order. Very distracting. Manager can?t control the customer. Hard to judge but the latter is very uneducated and no manners. Not busy. Good food. Friendly staff. A lot of parking.

The chicken was dry burned tasted old. I really like El Pollo, so I hope this was just an off moment?
