Churro Nest - Tempe

I went during my lunch hour. They are located in Tempe Marketplace across from forever 21. It was fairly empty. The service was good and the food was great! I ordered mini churro and an horchata latte. The churro were nice and crispy with soft center just the way they should be. The horchata latte was amazing! I can't wait to go back and try more menu items.

The churro crusted chicken is so good! The chicken and churro which is basically a churro take on chicken and waffle is my favorite. The other street foods are affordable and good. The egg drinks are so cute. The churro stuff with ice cream of course is great.

It should be illegal for them to be opened in AZ in the summer and no AC on. Horrible environment due to no AC. The 1 counter/register employee was great.

I wanted to like this place but just couldn’t. First off the server had absolutely no idea what he was doing. Kept repeating the same question and honestly seemed like he was insanely high. The place itself was super hot inside, same temp as outside if not hotter. We tried the churro bites and the mint chocolate chip ice cream. The churro bites were hard and stale. The ice cream was below average and had a weird texture. Overall was very disappointed. Will not be returning.

Big serving for 9 bucks! We got an churro ice cream bowl. Def for two or three adults
