The manager and server were great! The food was delicious

Been here probably a dozen times before..this time wasn't as good. Food is ok..just too long of a wait for what you get. I usually rate it 5 stars but was a little disappointed with the overall vibe. When you orders sashimi and rolls and have to wait quite awhile between each item it ruins the flow of dinner. Server was ok.

Not the dining experience we have been accustomed to at Umi's. The 1st string players had been traded and was evident by the way situations were handled. 70% of our order was prepared by the sushi staff and promptly presented while the back of the house took over 45 minutes to produce an over cooked, dry lobster tail along with a 4 piece shrimp cocktail order on ice. Understand other factors were involved and hopefully will be resolved soon.

The service was great ,our waiter was honest and gave delicious recommendations. I ordered sushi rolls and sake, they were soo yummy. I will definitely come back here on our next stay.

As usual, Umi's staff treats and makes us feel like family. Ray's oversight of the day to day operations is evident like the smoothest creative transition of gelato. Ethan (not to exclude Miki, Rika, Jacob) continue to be the epitome of excellence for the new staff members to emulate. The attentiveness we observed by Jennifer and Jonathan has always been impressive and we're excited to return soon to share our experience with family members who are coming from out of town.
