The atmosphere of the restaurant is relaxing. Dressy/ casual. I was served the most absolutely delicious mushroom ?? burger. My husband had chicken tacos with cilantro rice and barbecue beans. For dessert we shared the white chocolate raspberry cream cheese pie.Vegetarian options: They had a choice of salads that you could order without meat. They also had vegetable omelettes that you could choose from and of course cheesecake.Parking: The parking lot is shared by the entire Mall so there's a lot of parking options.Wheelchair accessibility: They definitely have wheelchair accessible parking throughout the parking lot.

We usually eat here a lot but since we worked late we decided to order our food for takeout because they were about to close at 10, we waited extra long for our food so we went to the bar and had a drink finished our drink and still had to wait more for our food. Anyways for the time we waited for our meals they should have been 5 star meals for sure not to mention the price we had to pay bit the food was horrible this time I didn't even eat my chicken Alfredo it was way to greasy and flavorless. My husband's chicken Marcela was just as bad. Come on cheesecake factory for the prices you charge our food should have been amazing not food that I wouldn't even feed to my dog. Not worth 70.00 drinks not included we paid 30.00 for 2 drinks at the bar too ridiculous don't mind paying top dollar as long as it is worth it!

Decided to give this place another try. It's been a couple years. Things changed for the better. Service was spot on and food prepared perfectly and served with a nice presentation. Ordered a carry out meal as well and it was delivered at the same time as we boxed our leftovers. If you haven't been here before or its been awhile maybe give them another shot!

We stopped here on our way home from Big Bear. Our group of 7 (plus 2 small service dogs) was seated immediately on the terrace and the manager made us feel very welcome. Our waitresses were gracious and attentive despite being busy. The food was delicious and beautifully presented (miso salmon, chicken burgers, shrimp with pineapple and soft tacos). Compliments to the chefs! Some of the food was held up by a computer glitch and both the manager and our servers more than made up for the short wait by offering us more bread and drinks. They made us feel very appreciated. We will definitely be back!! (PS the cheesecake was awesome)
