Bidrage med feedbackI was served by Nicole today, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. She seemed unwilling to provide refills and made it difficult when we requested spicy mayo and sriracha, almost implying that there was already enough on the sushi roll. Additionally, she didn't check on us to see how we were enjoying the food, and after dropping off the bill, she disappeared. I usually give generous tips, but I can’t reward someone who treats my guest and me like we're an inconvenience. Nicole needs to improve her service.
Irritated my child wasn’t accommodated with a booster seat when one was offered... Waiter asked for drinks choices as soon as I sat down without being able to look at menu. I ask for a few moments not 15 minutes. Food is always great here I’m just deeply disappointed with the service.Service: 1/5
My husband and I love this place!! I’m a chicken katsu girl and my husband is a sushi guy and we always leave satisfied. Everything we have ever ordered from here has always been fresh and the service is awesome. We have been bringing our 7 month old here for the past 4 months and they have always been so accommodating and friendly towards her, no matter how fussy she gets. This is our go to place. If you’re looking for a good sushi place in the Temecula area, give Hana a try!
It took these people a hour to make my moms sushi as they forgot abt it in the oven twice. we waited for a hour while peoole got their ordere and they kept insisting 5 more minutes, and the food was terrible. dont come here go to another placeFood: 1/5
We ordered our food and had to wait a full hour, only to be informed that the chef forgot our order and it burned. I wouldn't recommend coming here; it's better to go to Dairy Queen or another restaurant instead. Food rating: 1/5.
