The food is delicious and the service is excellent. The staff is polite.

Some of the menus were not available. In that case, they should not display the menu.

Delay service..i waited for 30 minutes for my zinger and the staff just playing around..i understand if it in busy period but there is no people in the restaurant!!! Even 10 people come after me finished withr their order. And the staff just terrible..not i single apology!!!! How worst can they be!!!!my 1st and last visit here...

I just hate this Hutan Melintang kfc , bcz by 27th Nov evening I bought 2 sets of classic dinner plate.. one of the set they give a spoiled chicken which is have small² worms ulat

Staffs need more training in dealing wz day to day operation issues ie while we were ordering they failed to inform customers that their ice machine is not working thus our beverage were serve at room temp..atleast someone could have just call the ice truck supplier to send them ice stocks, it is ridiculously a small issue but can be simply resolved.
