We have eaten here at least twenty times in the last ten years. Often for my birthday, like this last time. The menu changes based on what's locally available and is always excellent--really. Save room for pie

I was struck by how reasonable the prices were at this restaurant. It seems like all restaurants have been raising their prices significantly in the last year and this one has not caught up yet. We went on a Wednesday night and were able to get a table without a reservation. We noticed that there was a steady stream of locals or repeat customers coming in all with reservations. If you were going on the weekend I would suggest you make a reservation. We could see the gardens through the window we were seated at and went for a walk around the Gardens after dinner. Lovely.

Beautiful setting, nice and uncomplicated staff (owner himself), exzellent international menue (travel-inspired) with German kitchen-experience and awesome cakes for desert. Totally afordable! We enjoyed it a lot while the kids were throwing balls in the garden.

Friendly staff, very nice restaurant, food was great, very enjoyable dinner. We were happy to find such a nice place for our dinner.
