Bidrage med feedbackI was quite thirsty, but they decided to close at 8:30 PM, so I couldn't get any water. Their website states that they close at 1 AM, which makes this situation confusing. They really need to either improve their staff's awareness or update the hours on their website.
This Taco Bell is usually fantastic, but recently I've been disappointed. I specifically asked for no cabbage or lettuce on my taco, and they ended up putting both on it.
The service was lacking when I opted to pay at the register. I placed my order at the kiosk and chose to settle the bill at the counter. A nearby customer who ordered at the same time received his meal within just a few minutes. The team member who delivered his food told me he didn’t know how to operate the register and then returned to preparing other orders. The girl at the drive-thru window glanced at me but quickly went back to attending to drive-thru customers. After waiting for 10 minutes, my patience began to wear thin, so I politely asked, loud enough for the staff to hear, if anyone could help me with the cash register. Eventually, a female employee wandered over without any urgency. She took my money, and after another 5-minute wait, I finally received my order. When I opened my first taco, I was disappointed to find very few ingredients. What frustrated me the most was that no one acknowledged my presence while I was standing at the counter; a simple "We will be with you shortly" would have made a world of difference.
How can I not be happy when I can order online, and be handed a hot bag of food at the drive thru. And the person at the window is always pleasant and smiles.
This drive thru is almost unbelievable how slow it is! We've been stuck in this line multiple times for 10+ minutes. There's no way to exit so once you're in line. I thought the new location would improve this business but it didn't. At all. The food is often old, too.
