White House Te Puna

I had a fantastic dining experience at this restaurant. For my main course, I enjoyed mussels that were beautifully presented and had delicate flavors. For dessert, I chose the grilled mango, which came with sorbet and lime foam. It was a simple dish, but just the right amount to leave me feeling satisfied without being overly full. Overall, it was a delightful, lighter meal.

Great food. There wasn't a kids menu but our six year old happily demolished the adult salmon. None surroundings though it was a bit cold outside that evening. The chowder was perhaps a bit gloopy and uninspired, but the fish and chips and the crufo were great.

Great quality food and quick friendly service. Went there twice for special occasions and loved it. Even though our favourite menu item, the beef wellington, was taken off the menu the food was amazing! Had a table right at the bar and the barman kept us entertained and made sure we were catered to every second!

Loved this gem we found! Beautiful old villa, lovely gardens, amazing food and staff making you feel at home in a relaxed setting. Enjoyed Loui the barman's cocktails and interesting stories. Will be back definitely!
