Wild Thyme Cafe - Te Awamutu

What a lovely breakfast we had on Friday. Great coffee, good produce, freshly prepared and cooked really tasty.

Novel cafe and gifts. Nice view better served as a cafe than a service station. Cleverly done. Bathroom could be cleaner

First visit and it was surprisingly pleasant as it was very quiet we were the only ones there. I ordered the burger.

Very fulfilling food. Tasty coffee. Friendly service. Beautiful views.

We arrived a little before noon, two others already here and eating. My wife ordered 2 coffees and a hot chocolate 18 min. The chocolate was faultless as was the coffee. 5 min later our ordered meals came out. We had no complaints. Good honest meals and service. Nothing over the top. This is the reason we continue to support these wee roadside cafes. They form a part of new zealand that is increasingly being swept aside by the big service stations and takeaway chains.
