Burger King - Taylors

Stopped by today for lunch and the young lady working the drive thru was very kind and provided great service. Stark difference from the last time I went several months ago. Food was good as well.

My food was made incorrect. I ordered a bacon, Swiss king chicken sandwich, and only received a bunch of mayo, a piece of chicken and two pieces of bread shown here in a picture. They are very slow and will have you waiting forever for your food I highly do not recommend This place for service

This location should be the flagship for customer service, quality of food/service, and overall experience. The lady upfront in the morning makes the place and to see people smile when they walk in the door makes you forget that you are in a fast food chain. Kudos.

I took my son here for dinner last night. When you ask a ten-year-old what they want for dinner, you can be pretty sure it will be fast food. My one major complaint with this Burger King is unlike all the others they don't have a Coke Freestyle machine. To make matters worse, they don't offer Diet Dr. Pepper or Coke Zero Sugar. The burgers we ordered were fine, nothing was cooked badly and as always everything was heavy on the condiments. It took them quite a while to call out our order but we did eventually get our burgers and everything was fine. There is nothing to rave about and nothing to kill them in a review over, the food was fine. If you are just craving a Burger King, you could certainly do worse.

The food was okay, but the service was terrible. I went through the drive through and the lady cut me off before I even finished my order. When I got to the first window the person did not smile, or acknowledge me at all except to tell me how much money I owed. Then when I got to the second window, the lady did not reply when I said hello, did not say thank you, have a good day or anything. This was a Saturday afternoon. During the evenings I have always found the customer service to be great! I was so disappointed today.
