Yum Yum Donuts - Taylor

I visited this restaurant at 5 AM, and I was really impressed! The pastries were fantastic, and the grilled cheese sandwich was hands down the best I’ve ever had in my 50 years of life. I highly recommend checking this place out!

This place has some of the best donuts around, no question about it. I even go out of my way to come here. Give them a try, and you can thank me later!

The cinnamon sugar donut is fantastic! However, I can definitely tell that I don't like the oil used for making the donuts. It's the typical kind that my body doesn't react well to. So, I would recommend avoiding the classic cake donuts. I would love to see more donut shops using natural ingredients. For now, though, this place is pretty similar to many other donut shops I've visited.

I have been a loyal customer of another local donut shop, where I usually pick up a few donuts every two weeks. I often recommend this "unnamed" shop to everyone, insisting it's the best and telling them not to waste their time elsewhere—it’s definitely worth the drive. However, I believe Yum Yum has taken the crown. Their donuts are delicious, rich, and uniquely flavored; I suspect they might be fried in peanut oil. Whatever they're doing, it's working. I tried three of my favorite kinds, and each one was distinctive in its own way. The prices are fantastic too—just $5 for four donuts. While I’m not from the area and will continue to visit my “unnamed” spot regularly, Yum Yum will be my go-to whenever I'm nearby. It’s a solid 100!

I absolutely love Yum Yum Donuts! They serve some of the best French cruller donuts, especially the chocolate-dipped ones.
