This restaurant has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. After waiting over 40 minutes for my food, I called to check on my order and was told in a rude manner that my food had been sitting there instead of being out for delivery. The woman on the phone yelled at me when I asked why they didn't call me to pick up the order. She rudely stated that she didn't have to. This is not how you should run a business. I will not be returning.

I was denied service at this restaurant because I refused to provide my phone number. I found it unbelievable. I explained that my number was not necessary and attempted to order a cheesesteak. The employee at the counter interrupted me and refused to take my order without my phone number. It seems like business is going well if they are turning away customers who are not comfortable sharing their personal information.
