Bidrage med feedbackI didn't receive any napkins and although I ordered a messy sandwich, it completely fell apart in my hands. Subway has always been great, but everyone makes mistakes. Just some feedback - customers expect quality when paying higher prices for food. Thanks.
I have had better from this Subway. The type of subs are usually awesome, but this time they weren't very good. They were missing stuff and drowned in mayo. The Boss sub wasn't impressive at all. Terrible job this time, guys. Hopefully it's better next time.
We did not receive any of the meat we ordered for our sandwiches and had to choose a different option. The sandwiches we received had very little meat, not the amount we expected. Additionally, cheese was missing despite our request for it, and the sandwich was not toasted as requested.
The staff couldn't read my online order correctly. They gave me the wrong amount of meat, even though I asked for extra and paid $2.50 more. I also specifically asked for no onion and pepper, but they still included them. Dealing with them was a waste of my time. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all a 1 out of 5.
