Bidrage med feedbackTerrible customer service has paid an online order for my pizza and then the portal pickup I got it locked the door and tell me to wait in line, she will be smart with me oh it?s only 2 cars if they were there for 10 minutes and I will not be picked up by driving through the portal inside because I? m at work and in a hurry if it could?t do the portal should be an option on the website. Terrible customer service I will never go back here ever
Not really a complaint about the food, but the person who was in the window and the orders thru the Intercom was NOT friendly at all. They had such a setting while we placed the order and put our card in the window and basically punched the register that he pressed the buttons so hard when we pulled the face up, he looked like he wanted *unalive* someone. Just like. can not have THAT person in the window with customers. Friday, 25. November 2022. 7:30 pm
Ordered a deep dish around 6pm in the drive thru and received two old lunch combos with new cheese in between each slice. This is terrible service as I was perfectly fine with waiting the 10 minutes they said it?d take to make it. You can see the dough is dark brown so that tells you that it?s old dough as well. I basically paid $10 for two $4 lunch combos 4 hours after the lunch special ended.. My piece of advice to any customer is double check your deep dish pizza order before you leave because this was terrible.
Worst little ceasars in downriver!!! They are never open for one. Not only that but the bread is always dry and pizzas get cheated on the cheese. Just horrible will never stop there again! Jets is always better anyway. Update!!!! I should of stuck with the the first review and not come again. Well I did and again worse than before. I went last night before closing time and got pizza that was on the shelf all day wasn?t hot cheese wasn?t melted. The crazy bread was dry once again and you can tell they didn?t clean the pan or was cooked in due to black residue being on the bread couldn?t eat it. Chicken was ok but could of been cooked longer. At this point I want my money back I can?t keep taking losses on food and money!!
Its Little Cesar's the food is always hit or miss depending on who or how it's made but that's to be expected. The drive through is cool but be prepared to wait 45 minutes or longer if there's more than a few cars. Do not pay until they have your order at the window or you'll regret it. The one thing I don't understand is ordering at the screen then getting to the window and them not knowing what you've ordered. Especially when you order something and they say it's going to be 10 mins on that and then you wait 10 mins in line because you think that 10 mins you waited would surely count towards the 10 minutes they told you, Only to get to the window and it's like you're ordering again ? And it's going to be 10 minutes. That doesn't add up.
