Graeter's Ice Cream - Taylor Mill

Had sundaes the 1870 tower and buckeye. They were great

Absolutely disgusting. We walked in to get ice cream and two of the 3 employees (younger girls) were sitting on the floor as we walked in behind the counter. The manager was standing there allowing it to happen, which was odd. When we were leaving, I was waiting at the counter to get something to go, and no one was there for a few minutes. When I left, I noticed the girls were back on the floor and didn?t notice me standing there. Will never ever be back. How pathetic and disgusting. Based off other reviews, the manager seems to just be rude and allow anything to happen; including let her employees sit on the floor and then serve people .

Great place to go for a treat! Very busy the night we visited, and we still had service with a smile! Chocolate brownie, peppermint and mango sorbet enjoyed all around. One other member of our group went for a sundae and was pleased as well. Everything feels super clean tidy, making the experience all the more pleasant!

What an amazing time and experience at the entire trifecta, exemplified by the amazing service and friendly faces at Graeter?s!! The team leader, Garrett, ensured my service was prompt and excellent, offering me samples of some of the best selling products that he thought I might enjoy based on my preferences. He was so knowledgeable and friendly and made for an amazing experience for me and my friends. Can?t wait to come back!!

This is a medium-sized Graeter's at the Trifecta. If you're already at the Trifecta dining at the other two restaurants, I'd recommend getting your dessert here at least once while in the area. I have enjoyed the Chip Wheelies since I was a little boy????
